CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us (info.florineflowers@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are already prepared or ordered from suppliers.
Custom or event orders (such as weddings or large arrangements) are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
REFUND POLICY
At Florine Flowers, we take great care in creating each arrangement to ensure it arrives fresh, beautiful, and exactly as ordered.
Because flowers are perishable and custom-made for each order, we are unable to accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered.
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If there is any issue with your order (such as damaged or wilted flowers upon delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement.

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, some flowers or materials may occasionally be substituted based on seasonal availability.
We always make sure that any substitution is of equal or greater value and that the overall style, color palette, and size of the arrangement remain consistent with the original design.
Our goal is to deliver a bouquet that reflects the same beauty and emotion as the one you selected.
